Abstract

 The aim of this research is to know the degree of application of the roaming management style, and its impact on achieving organizational symmetry, he research was applied to employees at the middle administrative levels at the Idlib University, who numbered (210) employees, The researcher used the descriptive method, and a questionnaire consisting of (32) items was prepared, which included the items of (management by roaming, organizational symmetry), It was distributed electronically to the study sample of (135) according to the sample law, and the most important findings of the research:

1- The percentage of application of management by roaming (84.2%), and the percentage of achieving organizational (87.8%).2- There are statistically significant differences between the averages of the respondents' responses about the application of the roaming management method due to the gender variable at Idlib University, at a statistical significance level of 5%.

3- There are no statistically significant differences regarding the application of the roaming management style due to the variable (educational qualification - age) at Idlib University, at the level of statistical significance of 5%.

4- There is a statistically significant effect of applying the roaming management method in achieving organizational symmetry among the administrative workers at the University of Idlib, at a statistical significance level of 5%
