Abstract

This research addresses a question considered one of the Contemporary Newly Occurring Issues (Nawāzil): the ruling on renting academic certificates. It addresses this issue in an introduction, two main sections (maqālid), and a conclusion.

   The first section clarifies: The nature of renting contemporary academic certificates and related terminology. This is done through two subsections (maṭālib)

     Subsection One: The nature of ruling (ḥukm) and renting (ijārah) linguistically and technically (in Islamic terminology).

      Subsection Two: The nature of the contemporary academic certificate and related terminology.

  The second section discusses: The ruling on renting contemporary academic certificates. This is done through two subsections (maṭālib):

   Subsection One: Explains the jurisprudential classification (takyīf fiqhī) of the contract for renting academic certificates.

   Subsection Two: Discusses the jurisprudential ruling (ḥukm fiqhī) on the contract for renting contemporary academic certificates.

The research concluded with a key finding: The prohibition (non-permissibility) of renting contemporary academic certificates. The conclusion presents the most important results.
