Murder between spouses: Forms and Provisions. The

Abstract

This study deals with most of the forms of murder that occur between spouses in contemporary reality: murder by magic and murder in collaboration with others, such as the wife’s complicity with her lover in killing her husband, and murder by treachery by luring the husband to an empty place, or killing him while he is asleep, or killing him while he is taking a shower, as well as the husband killing his wife in several ways, such as killing the wife with a firearm or stabbing her with a knife. After I mentioned these ways, I described them and then based the ruling on them, deriving that from the words of the previous jurists. Then she moved on to mention the original and alternative criminal punishment resulting from one spouse killing the other, including retaliation, blood money, and discretionary punishment. She also mentioned the cases in which retaliation is dropped for one of the spouses, such as if one of the spouses had a child.
